Job Duties

Manage complex transportation technology projects.  Establish goals and implement strategies, timelines, and budgets.  Provide guidance on methods for executing program implementations.

Drive high-quality communication and documentation for large or multi-team projects.  Develop clear, timely, and purpose-built updates for stakeholders, senior leadership, and project teams, ensuring shared understanding of progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.  Anticipate communication needs, synthesize complex information into actionable insights, and tailor messages for diverse audiences.  Create and maintain project documentation, including key materials produced by the project team, to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with expectations.  Identify and address communication challenges across projects or workstreams, implementing solutions that improve transparency, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment.

Complete projects in a professional manner, meeting budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.  Ensure satisfactory transfer of control upon project completion.  Complete project closeout in a timely manner and prepare end of project documentation.
