BRIX Recruiting Partners is an expert professional recruitment firm focused solely on finding the best candidates for our client companies. As we celebrate our 14th year in business, we need a qualified individual to serve as an Executive Recruiter for our company due to continuous growth.

· BRIX recruits in multiple different verticals nationwide from Mid-Level Roles to C-Suite
· The average tenure of the existing team is 4 years with BRIX
· Prior to joining BRIX, the team comes from a mixed background in retail, B2B, and recent college grads

Responsibilities:
-Talent Sourcing and Identification:
· Use various tools, databases, and networks to identify potential candidates.
· Conduct proactive research to find passive candidates who may not actively seek a new position.
Candidate Assessment:
· Screen potential
candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the role.
· Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Shortlisting and Presentation:
· Present a curated list of top candidates to the client.
· Provide detailed insights and assessments of each candidate to the client.
· Maintain a relationship with the candidate through the interview process
Why is it a great place to work?
· First-year OTE is $62,000 - $72,000 + with a base salary range of $50,000 - $55,000
· The second-year OTE is $62,000 - $110,000
· Hybrid work environment with training period of 30-90 days in office.
