About this Opportunity: As a Wealth Solutions Product Manager, you will join the Wealth Product and Platform team to help develop, launch, and manage innovative wealth management services and solutions for financial advisors and their clients. In this role, the Wealth Solutions Product Manager will partner across the organization to deliver innovation and execute priorities for the Orion Wealth platform. This role works closely with investment, distribution, operations, technology, legal/compliance, and marketing teams to manage and enhance wealth management capabilities and the advisor experience. The scope includes investment products, tax-aware and personalized investment services, and wealth solutions such as 529 plans and donor-advised funds. The Product Manager will oversee an assigned product lineup end to end, with a focus on driving asset and revenue growth while improving advisor experience. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker, strong collaborator, and quick learner. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work as a Hybrid employee, with three (3) or more days each week required on-site at one of the listed office locations. Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products and services; understand current product and solution offerings and the advisors served across the Orion Wealth platform
  • Evaluate market trends and competitive positioning; contribute to Wealth Platform product strategy and annual planning
  • Manage the full product lifecycle to support operational efficiency, with a strong focus on advisor and client experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external business partners to help launch new offerings
  • Educate and engage Orion’s sales, service, and operations teams
  • Develop product positioning, go-to-market strategies, advisor communications, and education materials
  • Provide ongoing oversight, reporting, issue resolution, and enhancement recommendations for assigned products, programs, and services

We're looking for talent who:

  • Is a self-starter with a collaborative mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Manages multiple priorities with varying timelines and sensitivities
  • Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Has strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; AI proficiency is encouraged
  • Has experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Has ability to travel as needed
  • Has a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Has a minimum of 5–8+ years of financial services experience; prior experience in asset management, 529 plans, or retirement preferred
  • Has experience working with advisors, clients, and retirement plan sponsors
  • Communicates insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Preferably has series 7, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 66 licenses
  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range: $104,855.00 - $162,413.00 The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
