Position Overview

The Bridge To Recovery Institute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional mental health care to a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families, in a community health clinic setting. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining positive, professional relationships while upholding ethical standards.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and address any concerns, ensuring appropriate discharge plans when needed.
• Collaboratively develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on each client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs and develop tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Participate in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, focusing on their specific therapeutic goals.
• Engage in regular supervisory meetings to discuss clinical practices and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to create a multidimensional support system for clients.
• Embrace a growth mindset, continuously seeking to learn and improve therapeutic techniques and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele in our outpatient clinic, consisting of adults, children, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will address various therapeutic needs, from anxiety and depression to trauma and stress-related disorders, helping clients navigate their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficient in using computer software related to client management, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating empathy and professional insight.
• Comfortable performing intake assessments and understanding their significance in treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with varied client populations and a proven ability to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet individual needs will be beneficial. Familiarity with collaborative care models and having an innovative approach to mental health treatment will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
