Home Health Aide (HHA) Daily Pay
Breakthrough Healthcare | Greater St. Louis Area
Position Overview
Breakthrough Healthcare is seeking responsible, dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are confident working independently and committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in the home setting.
This role is ideal for caregivers who are timely, dedicated to their profession, and motivated to grow, as well as those who value autonomy, purpose, and integrity in their work. If you are tired of facility-based care and want to build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients, this opportunity may be a great fit.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking HHAs who are:
  • Responsible and able to work without direct supervision
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional
  • Compassionate and respectful in all interactions
  • Committed to providing care with integrity and dignity
  • Interested in learning, growing, and developing professionally
  • Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers
  • Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
  • Document care accurately and in a timely manner
  • Uphold client privacy, safety, and dignity at all times

Qualifications
  • Active HHA certification (or equivalent experience, where applicable)
  • Prior experience in home care or facility-based care preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Commitment to professionalism and ethical caregiving
