Job Overview
If you are an experienced professional ready to step into a hands-on leadership role, Bone Dry Roofing is hiring a Commercial Roofing Supervisor to lead crews, drive production, and deliver exceptional results across commercial roofing projects. This is an on-site position with local travel to job sites using a company-provided vehicle, offering the opportunity to build a long-term career in roofing while making a direct impact in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily job site operations for commercial roofing projects, ensuring efficiency and quality
Lead and coordinate crews to complete roofing installations and repairs safely and on schedule
Lead safety initiatives and enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all roofing activities
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control on all commercial roofing work
Lead communication between field teams, management, and customers to ensure strong customer service
Lead performance through coaching, accountability, and team development
Qualifications
2+ years of commercial roofing experience
1–2 years of leadership experience with the ability to lead teams effectively
Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service
Work Environment
This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites
Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.Â
Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
Driving
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
