Position with Georgia Foods / A&D of Greensboro – Independently Owned and Operated Franchise

Georgia Foods is hiring Shift Leaders who are ready to lead with purpose, hustle with heart, and make each shift count. As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for your crew, keeping things running smoothly while delivering the kind of fast, friendly service Bojangles is known for.

This is more than just a job—it’s your chance to start your leadership journey with a franchise that values your growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example during active shifts—setting the tone for service, quality, and pace
  • Assign tasks, manage crew flow, and ensure shift checklists are completed
  • Help train new team members and offer real-time coaching during shifts
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
  • Handle minor guest complaints with professionalism and urgency
