Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy services by evaluating and treating patients in accordance with established care plans and physician directives.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, documenting findings and formulating individualized treatment plans that focus on achieving specific rehabilitation goals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, closely monitoring patient progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Instruct patients and their families in therapeutic exercises and techniques, ensuring they understand how to continue their treatment outside of scheduled sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize caseloads, manage daily staffing needs, and facilitate seamless patient hand-offs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care documentation that reflect ongoing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

The patient population at Body Rehab Solutions includes a diverse range of individuals requiring rehabilitation after surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. You’ll have the opportunity to work with both adult and pediatric patients, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to cater to their unique needs and goals. Qualifications

• Current Licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification; must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
• No prior professional experience required, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or similar documentation software.
• Previous internships or clinical rotations in orthopedics and physical therapy may be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
