Job description

Job Duties:

The Marketing and Operations Development team Conducts, manages and communicates market research studies to monitor our relationships with customers and partners (brokers, providers) to identify strategic opportunities for products and services. Supports all efforts to complete the Strategic Product Planning Cycle with Marketing management.
The marketing intern will:
Assists with secondary research, product analysis and market analysis to identify opportunities for products and services.
Works with team to monitor and analyze industry trends in order to align primary research findings with best practices.
Assists with product reports using the various database tools to track product performances, provide insight of product portfolio gaps and create product guides for internal and external users.
Required Qualifications:

Degree program(s) / Current Status: Junior/Senior Undergraduate in Marketing, Business or related fields of study.
Cumulative GPA: 3.0+ GPA preferred; minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
Other Qualifications:
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication abilities.
Must demonstrate the ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally.
Self-motivated, adaptable to a changing work environment and team-oriented.
Undergraduates and Graduate Level students must be able to work 20 hours/week during the Spring/Fall semesters and 30 hours/week during the summer.
