Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough physical therapy evaluations for a diverse range of children and adults, identifying their individual needs and challenges.
• Developing and executing bespoke treatment plans tailored to each client's unique assessment results, ensuring that the plans are evidence-based and goal-oriented.
• Regularly reassessing and documenting clinical signs and symptoms to monitor treatment effectiveness and progress towards established goals, making adjustments as necessary.
• Completing all required documentation thoroughly and accurately, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans, utilizing our electronic health record system.
• Educating clients and their families about the physical therapy process, challenges, and expectations, fostering an understanding that empowers them in their recovery journey.
• Meeting minimum utilization goals and collaborating with other healthcare providers within the multidisciplinary team at Ability Capacity Beyond Inc. for clients receiving multiple services.
• Embodying and promoting the company’s culture and core values, serving as an advocate for patient-centered care within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide array of clients of varying ages, races, and ethnic backgrounds, providing care that respects their unique life circumstances and experiences. Our approach emphasizes inclusivity and understanding, making every interaction with clients meaningful and impactful.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist from the Board of Physical Therapy in Florida.
• A willingness to conduct evaluations and treatments in person, as well as via telehealth when clinically appropriate.
• A strong commitment to serving a diverse patient population and a passion for making a difference in their lives.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and a customer service orientation, crucial for working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in pediatrics, orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, and outpatient settings will be considered favorably. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems is also appreciated.

Compensation and Benefits

The specified salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
