Work Environment

As part of our flexible work environment, you will primarily work from home, with occasional visits to our outpatient office in Reading, PA, promoting a balance between professional and personal commitments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to analyze clients' mental health issues and devise appropriate treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs targeting each client's unique needs, challenges, and personal goals.
• Facilitate both evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions to help clients navigate their mental health journeys.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage and educate clients' families throughout the therapeutic process, providing them with tools and information to support their loved ones.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families encountering various mental health issues, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. You will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, providing them with coping strategies and therapeutic interventions that foster resilience and empowerment.

Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, demonstrating a strong theoretical understanding of therapeutic practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build secure and trusting relationships with clients.
• A compassionate and nonjudgmental approach towards clients' experiences, enhancing your ability to connect meaningfully with various populations.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities for efficient workload management, ensuring high-quality clinical care.

Preferred Experience

• Professional experience working in mental health settings, particularly in outpatient environments.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Experience in leading therapy groups or workshops would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and certifications.
