Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Better Life Counseling, you will be tasked with:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to create individualized treatment plans for clients tailored to their unique mental health needs.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, addressing all aspects of a client’s life that may impact their mental health.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client information remains secure.
• Engaging in professional development activities to remain abreast of advancements in mental health practice and applying new insights to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
