You will be part of a collaborative telehealth environment, working with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and support staff. Our advanced digital platform supports seamless communication with clients and team members, ensuring that our therapeutic interventions are effective and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and the enhancement of emotional resilience.
  • Providing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
  • Offering both individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing their trauma, fostering coping strategies, and promoting healing.
  • Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for all patients.
  • Delivering crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies.
  • Educating clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records that comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed care approaches.
  • Staying current with the latest research and methodologies in trauma therapy to continually enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve are primarily individuals who have experienced trauma, including those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our approach is deeply rooted in understanding the multifaceted impacts of trauma and promoting resilience through targeted therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will help clients navigate their experiences and find pathways to recovery in a supportive, empathetic environment.
