Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly individual and group therapy sessions for clients seeking support across various life challenges, ensuring an empathetic and responsive therapeutic environment.
• Supervise and mentor practicum students and emerging therapists, offering guidance in clinical practices and professional development.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, leveraging evidence-based practices and ongoing assessment.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and community resources to enhance holistic support for clients.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with clinical and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of current research, therapy advancements, and prescribed methodologies pertinent to mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, each seeking support to address mental health concerns. You will work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience in telehealth service delivery or familiarity with therapy technology platforms. Additionally, experience supervising graduate-level practicum students or new therapists is highly desirable, as this role greatly emphasizes mentorship and the development of emerging professionals within the field.

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a competitive compensation package, ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
