What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Required
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Human Resources Experience Required
  • Healthcare, Senior Living, or Non-Profit Experience Strongly Preferred
  • Strong Knowledge of Employee Benefits Administration
  • Experience Managing Workers' Compensation Claims, Investigations, and Disputes
  • Experience Administering FMLA, Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Programs
  • Experience Conducting HR Audits and Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
  • Strong Employee Relations, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to Handle Sensitive and Confidential Information with Professionalism and Discretion

What You'll Do:

  • Administer and support employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary benefits
  • Manage Workers' Compensation claims, investigations, reporting, and dispute resolution while ensuring compliance and timely communication
  • Oversee administration of FMLA, Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD) programs
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, leave programs, and workplace concerns
  • Conduct audits of employee files, benefits, and HR programs to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify trends to support retention and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation as needed
  • Partner with leadership to support performance management processes and annual reviews
  • Participate as an active member of the Safety Committee
  • Support HR projects, compliance initiatives, and special assignments that contribute to organizational success
