This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from a location that suits you best. Our virtual outpatient office is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to facilitate seamless online therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, groups, and families, applying various treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that are grounded in each client's unique history and present circumstances, while being adaptable to their evolving needs.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress within our digital health record system, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care and support, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Engage in regular supervision and participate in team meetings to discuss case considerations and contribute innovative ideas for program improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health through continuing education, workshops, and webinars.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will range from children and adolescents to adults, addressing diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. You will be challenged to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity in understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of your clients, facilitating a connection that fosters trust and openness.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• At least two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic methodologies and client engagement.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and support clients effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with digital health record systems to manage client data.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms that enhance the online therapeutic experience.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits
