Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Balance Breeze Center, you will engage in a variety of vital tasks, including:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological and emotional needs, developing tailored treatment plans that adhere to established best practices.
  • Administering diverse therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customizing your approach to align with each client's unique situation and preferences.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
