Job description

Join AZAD Technology Partners as an Administrative Services Assistant and provide a wide variety of professional and confidential administrative support to the managers, supervisors, and immediate staff of the facility's organization. This assignment will facilitate and coordinate administrative processes and functions that support the organization programs and projects.

This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full time on site based in Vancouver, WA with onsite 5 days per week. The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09) is between $29.24 and $36.09 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration/Management, Business Administration/Management, or a related field is preferred.
6 years of demonstrated administrative/clerical experience is required.
4 or more years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (Microsoft Office 2010 proficiency required).
Intermediate to advanced skills/experience with SharePoint sufficient to:
Support, manage, edit and maintain site.
Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.

Preferred Skills:

Working knowledge of SharePoint or similar system.
