Your work will primarily involve remote consultations and therapy sessions, utilizing both telemedicine and in-person strategies in a community health clinic setting. Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at improving the mental health and familial dynamics of your clients. Your key duties will include:

  • Conducting sessions with couples and families, addressing a variety of issues such as communication difficulties, grief, and relationship conflicts.
  • Providing individual therapy to each family member to ensure comprehensive care and understanding of individual concerns.
  • Utilizing evidence-based therapies and interventions for issues including alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, job stress, blended family dynamics, and adjustment to separation and divorce.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic care plan that meets the diverse needs of your patients.
  • Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay informed on best practices and enhance your clinical skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patient population will encompass a wide range of demographics, including adults and children/adolescents. You will specialize in addressing complex familial issues and conflicts, helping clients navigate their emotional and relational challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Active State License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
