  • Utilize AQL sampling methods and inspection plans for incoming materials and production inspections.
  • Review material certifications, Certificates of Conformance (COCs), material test reports, and supplier documentation for compliance.
  • Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming materials and products in accordance with quality procedures.
  • Generate and maintain inspection records, quality reports, nonconformance reports, and electronic documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Catalog firearm information, including serial numbers and product identification, ensuring complete traceability.
  • Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate records of inspected materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.

  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Production teams to resolve quality concerns and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Assist with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and supplier quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality systems, ISO requirements, customer specifications, and all applicable federal regulations including ATF and ITAR requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all company safety policies
