About the Role:
Astra ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in empowering young minds to flourish and driving positive change in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavioral intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
Provide coaching and training to parent-child interaction therapists (PCITs) and other staff members to ensure effective implementation of behavioral interventions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, and to provide consultation and support to parents and caregivers
Analyze data and measure progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Requirements:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience in the field of ABA, preferably in a clinical setting
Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
