Position Overview

Wellness Assured, LLC is excited to invite applications for the role of a Full-Time Telehealth Mental Health Counselor. This position requires a licensed mental health professional, including candidates with LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW credentials, who are passionate about providing high-quality outpatient psychotherapy services. The counselor will engage with clients via telehealth, delivering therapeutic interventions that foster resilience and promote mental well-being.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, enabling counselors to provide care from the comfort of their own space while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our telehealth facility leverages state-of-the-art technology to facilitate seamless interactions between counselors and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate and diagnose psychological disorders using evidence-based practices.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all clinical services provided, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and treatment summaries, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and outline effective intervention strategies.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver psychotherapy sessions—utilizing both video conference platforms and traditional in-office methods, depending on client needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of therapeutic interventions, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay informed about advancements in mental health practices and technologies.
• Foster a supportive, non-judgmental environment that promotes a strong therapeutic relationship, encouraging clients to openly discuss their goals and challenges.
• Provide clients with relevant resources and recommendations to enhance their capacity to achieve personal objectives and improve overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client population includes individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), PTSD, grief, and trauma-related issues. Counselors will engage with adults and adolescents, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet unique client needs and fostering an empowering environment for personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely relevant field.
• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as per state regulations.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with various psychotherapy modalities, interventions, and mental health diagnoses.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment and effectively handle interruptions while maintaining a focus on client care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to establish rapport and trust with clients rapidly.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing telehealth services and familiarity with related technologies.
• Proficiency in utilizing assessment tools and outcome measures.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivities in mental health care.
• Previous work in a setting that emphasizes client-centered care and collaborative treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
