Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team at Assisted Hand Medical Group. This full-time position is ideal for a skilled mental health professional who is passionate about providing compassionate care and support to adults facing various challenges. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver crisis intervention, mental health evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy, case management, and group therapy services, all while working in a remote outpatient office setting.

Work Environment

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that you remain connected with our dedicated team of mental health professionals. Our outpatient office model is designed to provide a comfortable and efficient way to serve our clients, using telehealth technology and virtual platforms to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and consultations. You will be part of a supportive team that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively in group and individual supervision sessions to promote professional development and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Oregon Health Authority to provide essential enrollment and discharge data for clients in problem gambling treatment programs.
• Conduct joint case planning with various community agencies, including schools, group homes, police departments, and district attorney's offices, to support comprehensive behavioral health strategies.
• Provide education and prevention resources on behavioral health and addiction to interested groups, enhancing community awareness and understanding.
• Attend training sessions, meetings, and conferences as directed; implement relevant knowledge to improve agency policies and services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) plan, ensuring adherence to policies that enhance service delivery.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization and its clients.

This role primarily serves an adult population, delivering invaluable support to individuals facing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma-related disorders. Your work will have a direct impact on their recovery journey, helping them access the resources they need to lead healthier, fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD), Master of Social Work, Master in Professional Counseling, or a Master of Family Therapy degree from a nationally accredited institution. These qualifications must meet the licensure requirements for practice in Oregon and/or Washington. Preferred Experience

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a counseling role is essential. Candidates with previous experience working within community mental health settings or those who have engaged in collaborative service delivery models will be preferred. Familiarity with the Oregon Health Authority protocols and statewide mental health initiatives is a strong asset that will contribute to seamless integration into our team.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
