Position Title: NextGen Ministry Assistant

Basic Purpose

Assist in the planning and execution of all Aspire Next Gen Preschool Ministry programming, while actively supporting families in the Preschool Ministry programming.
Key Role
List the Key Roles of the position that support the basic purpose
- Assist the Preschool Director in lesson preparations, data entry, and administrative duties
- Assist the Preschool Director with program and event planning and administrative duties
Key Responsibilities
Provide a few key metrics APPLICABLE TO THE JOB which best describe its size and effect on the business (i.e. Operating Budget, Income)
- In Preschool Ministry, organize curriculum, gather and prepare needed materials for weekly lessons, prepare worship power point slides, and organize classrooms as requested by Children's Director
- In Preschool Ministry, prepare to teach Sunday morning lessons, and occasional Wednesday evening Bible studies
- In Preschool Ministry assist the Preschool Director in planning and executing regular programming and special events
- In Preschool Ministry assist the Preschool Director in Administrative duties, such as parent communications, form development, CCB groups upkeep, and other administrative duties as directed by the Preschool Director
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in Preschool Ministry programming and special events
- Build relationships with families
- Complete other admin tasks within Aspire Church as directed
