Soulful Solutions Counseling Center is actively seeking passionate and fully licensed mental health therapists to join our growing team in a remote setting. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, with opportunities for part-time work depending on availability. Work Environment

In this fully remote role, therapists can work from the comfort of their own homes while enjoying the flexibility to create their own schedules. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring that each interaction is compassionate and ethical.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities to guide clients toward achieving their mental health goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and circumstances of each client, while regularly monitoring progress.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their emotions, relationships, and experiences, fostering greater self-awareness.
• Teach clients effective coping mechanisms and skills to manage their mental health challenges, thus enhancing their overall quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists primarily work with low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health needs. Clients may be seeking assistance with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and interpersonal conflicts. Our goal is to empower these individuals by equipping them with the tools to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Qualifications

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A fully active license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional or limited licenses and a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a genuine empathetic nature.
• Strong proficiency with technology, ensuring seamless communication through our telehealth platform.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a remote counseling setting, familiarity with digital health technologies, and a background in providing therapy to adult populations are preferred. Therapists with specialized skills or niche areas of expertise will be highly valued.
