Ascend Staffing is recruiting Truss Builders for a growing company in Centralia, WA. If youre dependable, hands-on, and ready to work, this is your opportunity to get in with a great employer and start immediately!
Must provide own hammer and tape measure!
What We Offer
Weekly Pay: $20.00 per hour
Direct deposit & debit card pay options

What Youll Do
Assemble wooden trusses according to specifications
Read blueprints
Operate hand tools and power tools safely
Lift, carry, and position truss components (up to 50 lbs frequently)
Inspect materials and finished trusses for quality and accuracy
Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Load and unload materials as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Shift Information
Day Shift: 5:00 AM 3:00 PM (may extend to 5:00 PM)
Monday Saturday (occasional Saturdays when needed)
Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
Prior truss or construction experience preferred
Must have valid drivers license
Must have reliable transportation
Able to read blueprints or follow assembly instructions
Comfortable with repetitive physical work
Team player with good communication skills
Basic math skills
Physical dexterity; able to lift and move heavy materials
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Authorized to work in the United States
