Job description

Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for the processing, quality control, and delivery of legal records through Array's production workflow. This role ensures that documents are accurately reviewed, prepared, and delivered to clients in accordance with established quality standards and turnaround requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control of incoming records, confirming accurate intake and verifying document completeness and integrity.
  • Prepare records for processing by organizing files, correcting document flow, and adding required placeholders or identifiers.
  • Process records and conduct secondary QC using Array's internal software to prepare documents for client delivery.
  • Deliver records to clients via Array's online repository and other requested delivery methods.
  • Identify and flag documents with quality issues, missing pages, or non-conforming formats to the team lead.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and status updates in DAS throughout the production workflow.
  • Support the team with high-volume batch processing tasks and meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume production environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office; willingness to learn Array's internal production software.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus.
  • Good written communication skills for internal coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily output and quality targets.

The base Compensation range for this role will $21.00-23.00 an hour and will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
