Work Environment

This remote position allows you to work flexibly from your home while remaining connected to our team of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental circumstances to identify their specific challenges and needs.
• Create individualized service plans that outline strategic goals and interventions, and consistently monitor client progress through follow-up sessions.
• Provide therapeutic counseling and support to individuals and families facing a myriad of life challenges, including mental health issues and crises.
• Collaborate with clients to establish personalized goals and connect them with vital community resources such as housing, healthcare, and legal assistance.
• Engage in crisis intervention, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary to ensure client well-being.
• Work alongside local agencies to coordinate services, advocate for clients, and enhance multidisciplinary communication.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness of the agency's services and promoting mental health resources.
• Engage actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training to continually enhance clinical skills and team performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is centered around serving a diverse clientele, including individuals and families experiencing challenges related to mental health disorders, substance abuse, trauma, and socio-economic barriers. You will be instrumental in providing culturally sensitive care, recognizing the unique realities faced by each client and adopting an individual-focused approach in all interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Comprehensive knowledge of social justice issues, community resources, and trauma-informed care practices is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, cultural competence, and strong problem-solving abilities to effectively navigate complex client situations.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working within a social service agency or a similar setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate efficient client documentation and interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates.
