Position Overview

Array Wellness Center PC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team as a full-time clinician. This role offers the opportunity to work primarily from home while making a significant impact in the lives of individuals experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. The position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing great flexibility while maintaining the opportunity for meaningful interactions with clients and teammates. As a clinician at our detox center, you will have access to a variety of digital tools and platforms that facilitate seamless coordination of care and support. Although remote, our team actively collaborates through digital meetings and ongoing training, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Array Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments for clients presenting with mental health and emotional challenges, using evidence-based screening tools.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, engaging clients and their families in the process to ensure alignment with their needs and goals.
• Delivering high-quality therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapies, tailored to the unique situations and requests of clients.
• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring clients achieve optimum outcomes.
• Engaging in crisis intervention when needed, employing effective strategies to de-escalate challenging situations.
• Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with all ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring timely report submission and accurate data management.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a collaborative work environment by sharing insights and best practices based on your clinical experience.
• Assisting with program improvement efforts by engaging in committees focused on quality service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with at Array Wellness Center primarily comprise individuals experiencing symptoms of severe mental illness and emotional disorders. Many of these individuals come from under-served populations, requiring a clinician who is culturally competent and sensitive to the diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences that shape each client’s treatment journey. Your role will be vital in providing support that respects their unique perspectives while facilitating recovery and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies pertinent to mental health populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and educating diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinical social worker in a similar setting is highly preferred. Experience with addiction treatment services in a detox center will be a distinct advantage. Familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and client management systems can enhance your workflow efficiency.

As a full-time LCSW with Array Wellness Center, you will receive a competitive salary within the range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
