    Job Summary and Responsibilities
    As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.
    Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.     • Assessment: Performs total body and system assessment each shift/visit according to unit standards.
    • Care of Patient: Including planning, implementing, evaluating and educating.
    • Clinical/Technical Skills: Utilizes technology, procedures, protocols, standards and interventions specific to assigned unit.
    • Documentation: Performs legible, timely, concise and accurate documentation according to policies and procedures.
    • Proficient and competent with the computerized documentation system.
    • Leadership: Accepts responsibility and accountability for own decisions and behaviors. Recognizes, accepts and cooperates with direction from facility leadership.
    We are offering a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus to new hires who meet the eligbility requirements.
    Job Requirements
    Required
    • One (1) year experience cardiac catheterization laboratory with demonstrated knowledge of cardiac rhythms, basic 12-lead ECG interpretation and cardiac hemodynamics. One (1) year critical care unit experience for a training position
    • Registered Nurse: CA
    • BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA)
    • ACLS through the American Heart Association (AHA)
