Job description

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Adult Reconstruction Surgeon and private practice owner in the Sacramento region, you will embark on an entrepreneurial journey, launching and building your own private practice within a supportive and high-demand community. This Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity offers unparalleled autonomy to design your practice around your unique expertise, focusing on Adult Reconstruction. You'll leverage advanced technologies like daVinci Xi, X, and Mako surgical systems to deliver cutting-edge care, backed by a strong referral network and significant hospital resources.

Every day you will perform a high volume of Adult Reconstruction procedures, utilizing secure block surgical time in our state-of-the-art facilities. You'll collaborate with a caring hospital team, experiencing immediate patient flow and rapid ramp-up in an underserved market. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care while strategically growing your practice, supported by comprehensive financial, marketing, and downstream provider recruiting assistance from Methodist Hospital.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon (or Board Eligible) with an ACGME accredited training background and excellent clinical and surgical skills in Adult Reconstruction. Your entrepreneurial acumen, strong communication, and a commitment to compassionate care are essential. While robotic surgery training and experience is a plus, your ability to build and lead a thriving practice in a collaborative environment as an experienced orthopedic surgeon is paramount, leading to an opportunity with unlimited income potential and the chance to build a lasting legacy.

We are offering an income guarantee, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and start-up assistance as part of the comprehensive financial assistance package provided by Methodist Hospital of Sacramento.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Completion of ACGME accredited training program(s)

  • Board certified or board eligible in orthopedic surgery

  • Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a strong understanding of orthopedic issues

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care

  • Entrepreneurial acumen

Preferred

  • Fellowship trained in adult reconstruction

  • Minimun of 2 years post training practice experience

  • Robotic training and experience

Pay Range

$650,000 - $700,000 /year
