Salary: $80k to $85k per annum
Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support leadership while managing day-to-day office operations across our New Jersey and New York offices.
• This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle travel, vendors, and budgeting effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management and coordination
• Manage domestic travel planning and logistics for executives
• Oversee office operations for NJ and NY offices with equal time split
• Handle supply procurement, vendor coordination, and contract follow-ups
• Maintain budgeting trackers and monitor office-related expenses
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning across both locations

Key Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in executive support and office management
• Vendor management and budgeting exposure
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel between NJ and NY offices.
