The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of business performance, as well as thorough and robust financial forecasts. This is a highly visible position and serves as a key resource to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and other senior decision-makers in the commercial business.

This position demands a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical ability with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a broad background in FP&A with hands-on experience managing a corporate financial model, partnering with functional departments, and creating insightful business analytics tools.

Ce poste exige un grand souci du detail, de solides capacites d'analyse ainsi que d'excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite. 

Le candidat ideal possedera une solide experience en planification et analyse financieres (FP&A), ainsi qu'une experience pratique de la gestion d'un modele financier d'entreprise, du partenariat avec les unites fonctionnelles et de la creation d'outils d'analyse commerciale pertinents.

• Conduct monthly variance analysis by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts, and identify key drivers of performance
• Participate in the preparation of quarterly rolling forecasts by collaborating with key business partners and reviewing current assumptions
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
• Lead departmental monthly review meetings and provide support as needed
• Prepare all accruals for revenue and gross to net calculations including sales discounts, chargebacks and returns provisions. 
• Oversee AR and cash flows as well as being the main contact for the third-party collections team
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, systems improvements and scalable processes

• Effectuer une analyse mensuelle des ecarts en comparant les resultats reels aux budgets et aux previsions, et determiner les principaux facteurs de performance
• Participer a l'elaboration des previsions trimestrielles continues en collaborant avec les principaux partenaires commerciaux et en examinant les hypotheses actuelles
• Elaborer et maintenir des modeles financiers pour les previsions et la budgetisation
• Animer les reunions mensuelles d'evaluation du service et fournir un soutien au besoin
• Preparer toutes les provisions des revenues et des calculs du brut au net, y compris les rabais des ventes, la retrofacturation et les retours 
• Superviser les comptes clients et les flux de tresorerie, et etre le principal point de contact de l'equipe de recouvrement externe
• Determiner les occasions d'amelioration de l'efficacite grace a l'automatisation, aux ameliorations des systemes et aux processus evolutifs

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and a professional designation (CPA, CFA, MBA)
• 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency
• Experience working with SAP, EPM (OneStream, Hyperion or Anaplan) and AI tools preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Baccalaureat en finance, en comptabilite ou dans un domaine connexe et une designation professionnelle (CPA, CFA, MBA)
• Trois annees d'experience en planification et analyse financieres
• Maitrise avancee d'Excel et de la modelisation financiere
• Une experience de travail avec SAP, les outils EPM (OneStream, Hyperion ou Anaplan) et les outils d'IA est preferable
• Solides competences analytiques, souci du detail et capacite a prioriser dans un environnement dynamique
• Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale
