Store Operations Specialist – Field Engagement & Events 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Specialist – Field Engagement & Events to support store grand openings, field events, associate engagement programs, and consumer-facing event initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of event planning, meeting planning, or project coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Store Operations Specialist will manage event logistics, project timelines, vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful execution of store and field initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate logistics and vendor partnerships for store grand openings and other field events.

  • Support planning and execution of associate engagement programs and pilot consumer store events.

  • Track event budgets, expenses, invoices, and related documentation.

  • Coordinate event materials, schedules, vendors, and operational requirements.

  • Communicate project updates, meeting recaps, deadlines, and key milestones to internal partners.

  • Build strong working relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams.

  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables and action items remain on schedule.

  • Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Identify potential project or event issues and proactively coordinate solutions.

  • Provide onsite event support as needed.

Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in event planning, meeting planning, event coordination, project coordination, or a related field.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

  • Ability to travel as needed for store openings and events.

Preferred Experience
  • Retail, corporate event, field marketing, experiential marketing, or store operations experience.

  • Experience supporting grand openings, store launches, employee/associate engagement events, or consumer events.

  • Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, event logistics, and project timelines.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

They are comfortable managing vendors, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
