Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and problems.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling using appropriate therapeutic interventions and methodologies.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and progress tracking.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions, case conferences, and engage in ongoing professional development to hone your skills.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with clients dealing with substance abuse and addiction issues.

Compensation and Benefits
