Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client objectives, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches.
• Deliver high-quality individual, couple, and group therapy by employing effective therapeutic interventions and techniques.
• Integrate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to provide holistic care and ensure comprehensive treatment of clients’ mental health issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the integrity of our counseling services.
• Participate in regular professional development activities, including clinical supervision and case discussions, to continuously enhance counseling skills.

Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted LMHC license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits
