Job Summary:
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services, and they are seeking a Quality Assurance Tech II to join their talented team. The role involves testing software, identifying defects, and collaborating with engineers to ensure product quality through designing test cases and maintaining automation scripts.
Responsibilities:
• Create and run test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various products and features.
• Identify, log, track, and report software defects, providing detailed information to development teams for root cause analysis.
• Maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Create automated dashboards from test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Build expertise in specific technologies or business areas to deliver test plans for projects with limited guidance from team members.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4 years of quality assurance engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in manual testing.
• Experience in automation testing.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with testing apps and devices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment.
• Previous experience in quality assurance engineering, test case design, and defect management.
