We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Process Technician to join our fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, coordinating between inbound and outbound processes, and ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. A day in the life
As a Lead Process Technician, you'll play a vital role in managing daily warehouse operations, working closely with our technicians to ensure smooth operations. Your day involves monitoring inbound and/or outbound processes, from coordinating inbound receiving to overseeing order fulfillment, while maintaining service level agreements and quality standards
You'll act as a key problem-solver, addressing urgent requests, and ensuring proper labor distribution across different areas. The role requires constant communication with various stakeholders to track performance metrics, and implement adjustments to meet operational targets.
