Job description

The Amazon North America Pickup & Return Points team is looking for a Program Manager to join us in supporting Amazon's automated, secure, self-service package delivery solution in Mexico. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support a wide variety of partners that range from regional businesses to large commercial partners.
Our team is dedicated to creating a delivery experience that delights customers while providing a value add service to our business partners. We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager for our commercial Locker and Counter team that can help us expand our strategic relationships with key partners

In this role you will support our existing portfolio , build and optimize our processes, and advocate internally across partner teams on behalf of our customers. We will be relying on you to raise the bar for our customer experience, efficiency, and profitability. You will be expected to confidently operate in fast-pace and often ambiguous environment.
A day in the life
Day-to-day, you own relationships with Mexico's commercial partners, acting as their primary point of contact, resolving escalations, and driving adoption of Amazon programs

Internally, you collaborate with Product, Operations, and Program teams to surface partner feedback, identify network quality gaps, and influence roadmap priorities. You track partner health metrics, lead improvement initiatives, and ensure performance standards are met across the network. This role solves the gap between external partner needs and internal execution, ensuring Mexico PARP scales efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
