Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Azul Hospitality Group. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

At Aloft Denver Downtown, we're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who wants to do more than manage a shift-they want to help build one of downtown Denver's most exciting hotel bar experiences.
This is a hands-on, working supervisor role where you'll:
• Lead bar operations and jump behind the bar when needed.
• Oversee our light food program and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Partner with our Sales team to execute meeting and catering events.
• Create bar activations, happy hours, themed events, and local partnerships that bring new energy-and new guests-to W XYZ® Bar.
• Help grow revenue while creating memorable experiences for travelers and locals alike.
We're looking for someone who is energetic, creative, and passionate about hospitality. Someone who leads from the front, loves trying new ideas, and wants the freedom to make an impact.

Hourly Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience. Tip Eligibility: This is a working supervisor position, providing the opportunity to earn additional income through bar shift tips.
