Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health issues faced by clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific challenges and therapeutic goals.
  • Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide an integrated, holistic approach to client care.
  • Engage with clients' families to educate them about the therapeutic process and support their involvement in the healing journey.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Alleviate Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse population that includes couples, families, and individuals dealing with relationship difficulties, communication issues, and family stressors. Our clients often seek therapy for challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and conflict resolution. Qualifications
  • A current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
