Requirements

        Must have prior experience in healthcare

        Must have experience supervising a team of 4 or more

        Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

        Must have a valid driver's license and reliable car

        Strong communication and leadership skills required

        Ability to manage fast-paced office operations


The Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily office operations for All My Love Homecare's Las Vegas location. Duties include:

        Managing caregiver schedules and supporting HR onboarding needs

        Supervising office staff and ensuring workflow runs smoothly

        Reviewing client files for compliance (signatures, plans of care, documentation)

        Maintaining communication with clients, caregivers, and community partners

        Ensuring all tasks follow Nevada HCQC standards and agency policies

        Assisting leadership with reports, staffing coordination, and administrative tasks

        Upholding the agency's mission of excellence, compassion, and 5-star service
