Relevant de la Prsidente de notre division RPMX,lexpert ou lexperte en sinistre aura comme principales tches denquter sur les dossiers denvergures en responsabilit civile et professionnel.

Principales responsabilits

• Grer lanalyse, enquter et assurer le rglement des dossiers dans le respect des conditions contractuelles
• tre le point de contact des courtiers, partenaires et assurs tout au long du processus
• changer rgulirement avec les collgues, afin d'approfondir les connaissances, autant au niveau de la souscription que des rclamations
• Participer des colloques lis nos besoins
• Complter les UFC obligatoires

Profil recherch

• Minimum de 10 annes dexprience en tant quexpert(e) en sinistre
• Dtenir un permis dexpert en sinistre entreprise
• Avoir travaill avec les Lloyds (Requis)
• tre bilingue puisque la plupart des dossiers sont avec les Lloyds
• Connaitre les systmes VCA, SIG XP, SharePoint et Guidewire (fort atout)
• Connaitre les contrats Lloyds (fort atout)
• tre structur
• tre flexible et avoir une facilit sadapter aux changements

If you are interested in playing an active role in transforming the commercial insurance sector within a rapidly growing company, we are looking for aClaims Adjusterto join our subsidiaryRPMX, which specializes in claims management and adjustment services.

Reporting to the President of our RPMX division, the Claims Adjuster will be primarily responsible for investigating and handling complex commercial liability and professional liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, investigate, and manage the resolution of claims files in accordance with policy terms and conditions
• Serve as the main point of contact for brokers, partners, and insureds throughout the claims process
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues to deepen expertise in both underwriting and claims management
• Participate in industry conferences and seminars relevant to business needs
• Complete all required continuing education credits (CE credits)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster
• Hold a Commercial Claims Adjuster license
• Experience working withLloyd's(required)
• Bilingual (English/French), as the majority of claims involve Lloyd's
• Knowledge of VCA, SIG XP, SharePoint, and Guidewire systems (strong asset)
• Knowledge of Lloyd's policy wordings and contracts (strong asset)
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
