Issue certificates of insurance, process client payments, and manage policy receipt and accuracy.
Input potential business data into core systems and create policy files, maintaining documentation and filing correspondence.
SUMMARY:
Customer Service Assistant is focused on providing excellent customer service for Retail Truck Insurance Agency (Commercial Carriers Insurance Agency (CCIA)). Duties include assisting clients via phone calls and emails, administrative and data entry tasks to support the service of current clients and potential clients. This is a hybrid position reporting to our AF Group -La Palma Campus*.
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
As a hybrid employee, work is performed both remotely and in an office setting, with no unusual hazards. During the training period, the employee may be required to work onsite more frequently. After training, the position will transition to a hybrid arrangement, with in-office attendance required a few times each month, as directed by the manager.

Pay Range: Actual compensation decision relies on the consideration of internal equity, candidate's skills and professional experience, geographic location, market, and other potential factors. It is not standard practice for an offer to be at or near the top of the range, and therefore a reasonable estimate for this role is between $34,700 and $58,050.
