Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients by building rapport and fostering effective therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, plan for upcoming appointments, and facilitate the discharge process as needed.
  • Design, implement, and closely monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes for each client to track their growth and recovery.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and establish appropriate care pathways.
  • Participate actively in individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and ensure continuous professional development.

Qualifications

  • A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification, with an active status.
  • A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
  • Demonstrated skill providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, accommodating unique client needs.
  • Comfortable and competent in completing comprehensive intake assessments.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in outpatient mental health counseling, integrated care, or specialized therapeutic modalities will be favored. Experience working with specific populations, such as children or trauma survivors, will also be considered an asset.
