  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless approach to care, including participation in team meetings to discuss patient progress and strategy adaptations.
  • Educate and train patients and their caregivers on exercise regimens, lifestyle modifications, and home care practices to support ongoing recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and communication with referring physicians in accordance with regulatory and organizational policies.
  • Emphasize patient engagement and satisfaction, striving to demonstrate exemplary customer service throughout every interaction.
  • Meet established utilization goals and contribute to business objectives while continuing to uphold our commitment to high-quality care.

Each patient will present unique challenges, allowing you to apply various treatment methodologies and further enhance your clinical skills. Your role will be pivotal in fostering an encouraging environment where patients feel empowered to achieve their rehabilitation milestones.

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and confidence with patients.
  • Proficient in computer skills for documentation and treatment protocol management.
Preferred Experience
  • A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is highly desirable.
