Work Environment

Our therapists operate in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexible work hours while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, employing a patient-centered approach to therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based assessments to evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Document all client interactions accurately and securely using our intuitive electronic health record (EHR) system designed specifically for mental health providers.
• Collaborate with experienced clinical leaders to enhance your practice, share insights, and obtain guidance on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will provide therapy primarily to adults navigating various emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Our client base is diverse, requiring an understanding of and sensitivity to different cultural backgrounds and mental health needs. You will play a crucial role in fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that encourages client engagement and progress.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active license to practice as a mental health counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California is mandatory; additional relevant licenses from other states are a bonus.
• A minimum of two years of experience working as a licensed mental health practitioner is required to qualify for this position.
• Proficient in using evidence-based therapy techniques, particularly in treating anxiety and depression.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a fully remote or telehealth environment is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
