Advance Services Inc. is currently looking for experienced machinists for our Fort Morgan, CO team. Advance your career today for a company specializing cutting edge technology! Must be able to work independently, communicate issues early, prepare and maintain machines efficiently. Required Skills:

• Strong blueprint reading
• Understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds
• Ability to set tools and fixtures correctly
• Basic G-code understanding

Responsibilities:

• Perform machine setups including fixtures, tooling, and offsets
• Adjust offsets to maintain part tolerances
• Verify first article parts meet print requirements
• Troubleshoot basic machining and production issues
• Maintain efficient machine operation and cycle flow
• Perform basic preventative maintenance (PM) as assigned
• Assist in diagnosing machine issues and minor repairs
• Identify potential problems early and escalate immediately
