Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients, documenting their mental health status and collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.

  • Document progress notes thoroughly and clearly by the end of each shift, reflecting patient development towards achieving identified goals.
  • Manage crisis situations by employing de-escalation techniques and notifying appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Serve as a resource for patients and their families, guiding them through the treatment process and educating them on available services and support.
  • Advocate for patient needs and services within the healthcare system, including referring patients to additional resources when deemed necessary.
  • Stay informed about warning signs of aggressive behaviors and apply secure training measures to maintain a safe therapeutic environment.

Our clients often present with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a supportive atmosphere for clients to explore and manage their mental health concerns, guiding them towards meaningful recovery and personal development.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
