Direct Support Professional

Pay: $17-$19/hour

Schedule: Part-time Weekends

Location: Columbus, OH

We're looking for passionate, community-minded leaders to join our team.

What You'll Do

  • Support individuals in gaining confidence and independence

  • Engage in community activities and events

  • Provide personalized support

  • Help build communication and life skills

  • Participate in real-world travel experiences

  • Be an advocate for inclusion and opportunity

  • Education: 2-year degree preferred, not required.

  • Team players who take initiative and have a passion for inclusion. 

  • Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving.

  • Experience is helpful but not required. Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.

  • Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
