AB InBev Jobs Information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a CDL Driver, and why are they important?

To thrive as a CDL Driver, you need a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), a clean driving record, and knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, electronic logging devices (ELDs), and basic vehicle maintenance is typically required. Reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills help drivers manage schedules and coordinate with dispatchers and customers. These skills and qualities are crucial to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient delivery of goods.

What are some common challenges CDL Drivers face during long-haul routes and how can they manage them?

CDL Drivers on long-haul routes often encounter challenges such as extended periods away from home, fatigue from long hours on the road, and varying weather or road conditions. To manage these, drivers typically plan rest breaks to avoid fatigue, stay in regular contact with dispatch and loved ones, and monitor weather and traffic updates to adjust routes as needed. Many companies provide support through flexible scheduling, safety training, and wellness resources to help drivers maintain a healthy work-life balance while on the road.

What are CDL drivers?

CDL drivers are professional drivers who possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), which allows them to operate large or specialized vehicles such as trucks, buses, and tractor-trailers. They are responsible for transporting goods or passengers safely over varying distances, following federal and state regulations. CDL drivers must pass written and driving exams to obtain their license and often require endorsements for specific types of vehicles or cargo. Their job involves long hours on the road, careful route planning, and regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

Does Walmart offer $110,000 salary to new drivers?

Walmart does not typically offer new CDL drivers a salary of $110,000; such high starting salaries are uncommon for entry-level positions. Most new truck drivers earn between $50,000 and $80,000 annually, depending on experience, routes, and location. Experienced drivers with specialized skills or long-haul routes may earn higher wages over time.

What is the difference between Cdl Driver vs Truck Driver?

Job description

Dreaming big is in our DNA. It's who we are as a company. It's our culture. It's our heritage. And more than ever, it's our future. A future where we're always looking forward. Always serving up new ways to meet life's moments. A future where we keep dreaming bigger. We look for people with passion, talent, and curiosity, and provide them with the teammates, resources and opportunities to unleash their full potential. The power we create together - when we combine your strengths with ours - is unstoppable. Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?
SALARY: $106,400 - $126,350, bonus and long-term incentive eligible
COMPANY:
We are home to the nation's most iconic beer and beyond beer brands, including Michelob ULTRA - America's #1 top-selling beer - as well as Busch Light, Budweiser, Bud Light, Stella Artois, Cutwater Spirits, and industry-leading craft brands. From our longstanding efforts to support American farmers, military, veterans, and first responders, to emergency drinking water donations and responsible drinking programs, we are guided by our commitment to the communities we call home and the 65,000 hardworking Americans who bring our beer to life. We are powered by a team that shares our passion to create a future with more cheers. Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?
ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the product execution of EDGE.AI. This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, data science, and commercial business strategy, serving as the connection between highly technical teams, AB central strategy, and sales reps in the field.
This person will ensure that Anheuser-Busch strategy is accurately represented in the AI engine, clearly expressed in the user experience, and ultimately delivers meaningful, measurable impact in the market.
About EDGE:
EDGE (Every Day Great Execution) is Anheuser-Busch's most critical frontline sales program. EDGE translates AB's commercial strategy into clear, actionable priorities for more than 10,000 frontline sales representatives across the United States.
Through EDGE's planning portal, Commercial Directors across the country define monthly sales priorities. Those priorities are then operationalized and delivered directly to sales reps' handheld devices, guiding what to execute in each individual account. For example, a convenience store in North Dakota may need to expand Bud Light distribution, while a neighborhood bar in Illinois may focus on Super Bowl displays.
In 2026, EDGE is entering its next evolution: EDGE.AI. By introducing AI-driven decisioning, we are personalizing sales strategy down to the individual account level.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Ownership & Strategy
  • Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for EDGE.AI, aligning tightly with AB commercial strategy
  • Translate high-level business priorities into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Balance competing priorities, timelines, and dependencies while maintaining focus on highest-value outcomes

Technical Product Execution
  • Partner closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to guide solution design and delivery
  • Author extremely detailed, developer-ready epics, features, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure requirements are precise, testable, and grounded in real business use cases
  • Manage backlog prioritization and sprint planning in a fast-moving, complex environment

Business Partnership
  • Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and the business
  • Hold regular working sessions with On-Premise and Off-Premise strategy teams
  • Validate that AI-generated objectives align with AB strategy and make sense in real-world accounts
  • Partner with field teams to pressure-test outputs and ensure solutions are intuitive and actionable

Pilots, Testing & Field Validation
  • Lead pilots and controlled rollouts to test EDGE.AI capabilities
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from the field
  • Iterate quickly to improve performance, usability, and business impact
  • Ensure AI-driven objectives positively influence sales execution and market results

What Success Looks Like
  • EDGE.AI objectives are trusted by the field and meaningfully influence daily sales execution
  • Business strategy is authentically and transparently embedded in AI decisioning
  • Technical teams have clear, detailed requirements that enable efficient development
  • Stakeholders across commercial, technical, and field teams are aligned and confident in the product direction
  • 5 days in office

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong product management or technical product ownership experience
  • Proven ability to build and manage product roadmaps
  • Experience writing highly detailed epics, features, and requirements for engineering teams
  • Comfort working with AI, data science, or advanced analytics teams (hands-on coding not required)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and competing priorities with rigor
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with frontline sales, commercial strategy, or enterprise platforms preferred
  • Experience supporting pilots, experimentation, or scaled rollouts a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:
At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers. For more than 165 years as a leading American manufacturer, Anheuser-Busch has delivered a legacy of brewing great-tasting, high-quality beers that have satisfied beer drinkers for generations. • 401(k) Retirement Savings options with a company matching contribution
